Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha is an ancient mantra that is related to Green Tara, the “Mother of all Buddhas,” is commonly thought to be a Bodhisatva or Buddha or compassion and action, a protector who comes to our aid to relieve us of physical, emotional and spiritual suffering. The Dalai Lama advised his followers and Buddhist monasteries to chant the ''Tara Mantra'' as it would be "beneficial for effectively containing the spread of the virus".
